The Share Value Agreement can cover different applications and can be applied to all commodities traded in the energy markets.
The Market Access Application is characterized by a service where Nvalue will negotiate and conclude a single specific transaction in the market in the name or in behalf of its Partner. The Market Access Application is part of the Nvalue Consulting concept approach.
The Deal origination Application is characterized by a service where Nvalue will identify, structure and present valuable back to back market transactions to its Partners and Clients for execution. The Share Value Agreement will apply for all market transactions executed. The Deal Origination Application represents a larger agreement where the Parties will develop synergies in the market in order to create value.
The Deal Origination application will cover all the commodities traded in the energy market.
